My mum is a customer of Serenity Care (SC) since March 2020, and since then I can only say good things about this agency. My mum is suffering from rheumatoid arthritis and recently from dementia, and her care needs changing frequently. She also does not speak English. SC are very attentive to mum's needs and very accommodating. They found the way to communicate with her. They helped me a lot of times with appointing extra visits at short notice. Once I was feeling unwell myself and one of SC staff went to pharmacy on her break and got medication for me. The staff and the management are genuinely nice, kind and hardworking people, and we developed a warm rapport between us. It is always easy to get hold of office staff and management and discuss any concerns and requests, and these are actioned fast. They have this Care App that I am using whilst at work where I can see what is happening / happened during a visit and also all care updates. I would definitely recommend SC to others.

Lovely and friendly caring staff, with a good attitude . A good starting wage & company for anyone wanting to get into this type of career that are willing to work, and meeting some lovely customers. I unfortunately had to stop only due to circumstances beyond my control. Paul C.

Serenity Care have provided the reassurance I need in the support of looking after my elderly relative. Their carers always arrive as planned and will always feedback with any concerns. Any care reviews are dealt with compassionately and in a timely manner. Communication mechanisms are excellent and I am so pleased I chose them.

I have nothing but praise for Serenity Care. My husband recently returned home from hospital with a palliative care package and Beverley spent time visiting us and really getting to know Ray. She was professional and caring and explained carefully how her staff would be able to help us. She even went the extra mile in sourcing equipment we needed. Two Carers visited four times a day and all of them were lovely. They cared for Ray with cheerful compassion and it was a pleasure to have their reassuring presence especially when he sadly passed away.
