Serenity Care promote a culture of care and support throughout the company and by creating a caring and supportive working environment and promoting these values our care team is fully able to deliver care to the highest standards.
We were an early adopter of modern technology and use digital technologies to manage the care calls, care plans and visit notes. Carers electronically sign in and out of each visit and read the care plan and check for changes before each visit and update any changes on the App at the end of each call, as well as communicating changes to the care coordinator in the office. Our call monitoring App allows us to safely view customers details and track a carers progress through their working day ensuring they are logging in and out at the correct time.
