We were an early adopter of modern technology and use digital technologies to manage the care calls, care plans and visit notes. Our friendly team of carers electronically sign in and out of each visit and read the care plan and check for changes before each visit and update any changes on the App at the end of each call, as well as communicating changes to the care coordinator in the office. Our call monitoring App allows us to safely view customers details and track a carers progress through their working day ensuring they are logging in and out at the correct time.

Lee-on-the-Solent is a small coastal town situated along the Solent, opposite the Isle of Wight, it’s a popular place for visitors and day trippers both in the summer and winter for lovely walks along the beach. This is where we are based, right on the High Street, number 86 to be exact, right in the heart of the community, with great road links to all the surrounding areas.

The High Street has free parking up to 1 hour, with longer stay carparks close by at a reasonable cost, you could always stay for lunch as there are lots of lovely cafes in Lee-on-the-Solent.
