All of our carers and office team are enhanced DBS checked and fully trained by our own qualified trainer carrying out online and practical courses to the latest standards.

We were an adopter of modern technology from the start and use digital technologies to enhance and manage how the care calls are planned and delivered, ensuring care is provided in a safe and caring way.
Our carers digitally sign into each visit, reading the care plan and checking for changes and updates, before providing care. At the end of each care visit the carer will enter their notes onto the care Planning App and report any concerns to the office care team should the need arise, they will then sign out and continue to the next call. This is a live system and the office care team can see when carers sign in and out of care visits.
Our call monitoring App allows us to safely view customers details and track a carers progress through their working day ensuring they are logging in and out at the correct time.
